Anthony Griffin, M.B.A.

Anthony Griffin is a marketer and communications coach who helps Japanese companies market to international audiences. Before founding Saga Consulting, he served as the marketing and communications manager for the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. As a communications coach, he has been credited for helping Fortune 500 executives earn global-level promotions.

Before moving to Japan in 2009, he managed the workflow of over 250 marketing projects a year for the City of Riverside, California. As a marketing consultant and copywriter, he leveraged his M.B.A. degree to help local businesses achieve exponential returns on their marketing investments.

A lifelong learner and teacher, Anthony speaks Japanese proficiently and often gives marketing and communication lectures at universities and corporations. He is a proud member of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Odawara Hakone Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Ayako Sasaki
Founder (Nicohachi)

Throughout her professional career, Ayako has provided English and intercultural communication training to business people. She has created curricula and in-house training materials for over 200 corporate courses. 

Having worked in the Corporate Division of an industry-leading English language training company for 10 years, she hired and trained more than 200 instructors. As a Human Resources Manager at a global logistics company, she also has experience overseeing complex international projects. She spent her early 20s in Silicon Valley, California, and studied international business and young children’s development in college.

Mami (Otsuki) Ichihara
Owner (Meet the Photo)

Born in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Mami specializes in portrait photography. After launching her career at an advertising and website planning and production company, she went on to gain marketing experience at a beverage manufacturer.

After studying in Toronto, she joined a photography company specializing in weddings. In 2013, she established “Meet The Photo" and since then Mami has conducted photo shoots for more than 3,000 people and groups.
